 1st step:-

Login to your blogger site, then   go to Settings . Keep scrolling until  Crawlers And Indexing  comes up.

See in the screenshot, what I have enabled. You will do everything in the same way.

See here  Custom Robots.Txt  I  have Enabled  .

After that you   have to click on Custom Robots.Txt , as a result a box will open in front of you. Enter the following code in the box.

Now save  the code  .

After that   enable Custom Robots Headtags .

2nd Step:- 

Now you   have to click on Home Page Tags . Save the settings as shown in the screenshot below   .

3rd Step:-

Now   click on Archive And Search Page Tags . A new tab will open. Save the settings as shown in the screenshot below   .

4th step:-

This step is the last step. So now you have to click   on Post And Page Tags . This time a tab will open. Save  the settings as shown in the screenshot below  .

5th Step:- 

You have done all the search engine settings of your website.  Now you need to add your website  to Google Search Console .  You can know how to add your website  to Google Search Console by clicking the link below.

Sixth step:-

 In this step you need to add the sitemaps  to Google Search Console . If not, no post of your website will be added. So adding Sitemap is very important.

Once your website   is verified by Google Search Console, click on the Sitemap Option from the Sidebar as shown in the screenshot above.

See you've got a box to add your Sitemap. Save the following three links three times one by one in the box   .

1. sitemap.xml
2. atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
3. atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=500&max-results=1000

Congratulations , you   have successfully completed all the steps. Your website will be visible in Google search engine very soon.
